New Technology

Ultrasonic Knife technology is an eco-friendly alternative to cutting, trimming, de-flashing, de-gating and kiss cutting a variety of materials. Currently being used for many applications, including:

  • Automotive carpets, headliners, trunk trim, wheel arch liners, instrument panels (IP), floor mats and more.
  • Plastics - thermoformed, blow-molded, roto-molded.  Examples include: dumpster lids, bed liners, chemical bottles, trash liners and more.

Patented Solutions

Various patented EOAT’s which are tailored to specific applications.

  • Retractable Router (for small holes)
  • Control Ball (to compress material)
  • 7th Axis (to maximize cycle time)
  • Automatic Sharpening
  • Compliance

Campaired To Waterjet

There's many differences between an Ultrasonic Knife and a Waterjet system. Here's just a few:

  • No water usage/cleanup
  • Extremely Quiet
  • Low energy consumption: <1 kWh vs. >20 kWh
  • Low consumable costs
