Replacement Waterjet Coils
Replacement robotic waterjet coils are made in house and ship the same day they are ordered from our facility in Flint, MI.
Each coil is:
- Made from 66K PSI or 100K PSI Tubing
- Pre-Coned and Threaded
- Flushed under High Pressure prior to ship
Every coil is connected to an intensifier and flushed under high pressure prior to ship. This removes debris from manufacturing and prevents un-needed damage to On/Off valves and Orifices.
Large Inventory
Understanding that customers always need coils to continue operation, we always hold a LARGE stock of tubing in our inventory. This includes 40' tube lengths for large coils, 24' tube lengths for medium coils and 16' tube lengths for small coils.
Inventory Tracking
It is our experience that a lot of pre-mature failures of coils can be prevented. Our unique coil tag tracking prevents similar coils to be installed on the wrong axis of the robot. Technicians can quickly identify a coil and the correct axis to be installed.
